The house is situated directly on the Saimaa Lake and 1 Km by road from the city center. It is completely furnished to modern standards to make your stay very comfortable. We have managed to make the interior design of the house warm and cosy but still you can stay with up to 15 persons at one time in the house, together with the guesthouse. Around the house is a big (1600 m2), well maintained garden in which you can find a wood burned sauna directly on the lake with stairs to take a refreshing dive, a sun lounge, provided with fireplace, an outside wood burned fireplace and gas burned barbeque. There is a 50 meter wide beach with a rowing boat laying ready for you. You can park up to 5 cars on the parking place. The house is very complete, for your comfort we have installed a washing machine, dryer and electrical sauna, double shower and bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, micro wave and normal oven, refrigerator, coffee machine, electrical cooker, cutlery and crockery and al the cooking utensils you need for up to 24 persons. In the large living room you can use the comfortable couches and sofas, TV, DVD, 2 wood burning stoves, big and smaller tables to relax. Next to the kitchen there is a balcony complete with table and chairs and a great lake view. Upstairs you find 4 bedrooms and a bathroom. The guesthouse has a modest kitchen equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, electric kettle and coffee machine. For your cosiness there are a wood burned stove and a relaxing couch. From the guesthouse you have a lake view. There are 2 bedrooms with 4 separated beds, a shower and bathroom. All together a wonderful place to spend your holidays with your family or friends. A great place to have business meetings where you can really meet your colleagues or clients.
